The Salina Area Chamber of Commerce has been planning a large area event for several years, and this will be it’s birth year. It will be a “new annual signature event – Coal Days – a celebration of our mining and trucking heritage. Designed to celebrate the lives and livelihoods of area residents, we hope to host Coal Days in conjunction with the annual antique truck show which is set for Saturday, September 24.
Please join us to help plan Coal Days and our Annual Easter Egg Hunt.
The next general meeting of the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce will be Thursday, March 3, at 12:00 noon at El Mexicano Restaurant.
We will be collecting donations and preparing for the annual Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for Saturday, March 26.
The meeting is free of charge and open to the public. Lunch is available for purchase at regular menu prices.
