Justice Court

Justice Court is held in person on the 1^st Thursday of the month @ 10:00 am.  Call to set up an appointment.  A Webex court date is available if needed.

The Prosecuting Attorney is Kevin Daniels and the Public Defender is David Angerhofer.

Rules of the Court

Proper attire is required in the courtroom.  No food or drinks are allowed in the courtroom.  If you have a cell phone or any other electronic device in the courtroom please silence or turn off before coming in.

No firearms or weapons are permitted in the courtroom.  All persons are subject to search.  Persons in possession of weapons are subject to arrest.  This rule does not apply to authorized law enforcement.

To make a secure payment on your court citation you must have the citation or case number.
